How does sparing one's words relate to the great tribulation and God's judgment on the Church?
MOUTH OF FOOLS: THOSE WHO ARE QUICK TO ANSWER WITH LYING WORDS?
Pr 10:19 In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise.

Mt 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
THE WISE STUDY TO ANSWER: MAKING SURE ONE BRINGS THE TRUTH?
Pr 17:27 He that hath knowledge spareth his words: and a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit.
Pr 17:28 Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.
Job 13:5 O that ye would altogether hold your peace! and it should be your wisdom.
Jas 1:19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
Ec 9:17 The words of wise men are heard in quiet more than the cry of him that ruleth among fools.
Job 6:24 Teach me, and I will hold my tongue: and cause me to understand wherein I have erred.
Pr 15:28 The heart of the righteous studieth to answer: but the mouth of the wicked poureth out evil things.

Ps 34:13 Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
1Pe 3:10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:

Da 6:22 My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions’ mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt.
DECLARING THE WORD: SALVATION OF THE SEPARATION?
Job 6:10 Then should I yet have comfort; yea, I would harden myself in sorrow: let him not spare; for I have not concealed <03582> the words of the Holy One.
Job 27:11 I will teach you by the hand of God: that which is with the Almighty will I not conceal <03582>.
Jer 50:2 Declare ye among the nations, and publish, and set up a standard; publish, and conceal <03582> not: say, Babylon is taken, Bel is confounded, Merodach is broken in pieces; her idols are confounded, her images are broken in pieces.
LEARNING IN SILENCE: LEARNING GOD’S WORD AND BEING SILENT TO OURS?
1Ti 2:11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
1Co 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.

Ps 31:17 Let me not be ashamed, O LORD; for I have called upon thee: let the wicked be ashamed, and let them be silent in the grave.
The Bible appears to be equating sparing one’s words or holding one’s peace to salvation as the elect turn from foolish talk (false gospels). They are commanded to learn in all silence and in all subjection. The Elect declare and hide not the Word when it is given to them to pronounce judgment on the wicked as God puts them to silence through the removal of the truth.
