SUMMARY CONCLUSION:

The Bible appears to be associating dark sayings, tongues, parables, proverbs and byword to the Word that comes from the mouth of the church (wheat and tares). The false prophets are that nation that God allows to come against the Church in judgment. It is said to be spoken by God because it is still the Word of God that is NOT interpreted unto salvation. The Elect spake the same tongue until God gave them undertanding (interpretation) and they were able to acquire the tongue of the Learned.
