SUMMARY

The Bible appears to be associating dominion with those who rule over another. The believers, had always been subject to the unsaved in the body. Like Cain killing Abel. This bondage would have intensified in tribulation. But, God however, had promised that the DAY would come when the elect would no longer be under the dominion of Babylon, SIN, death etc. He reveals time and judgment to them by the unsealing of the Bible so that they now have the dominion and kingdom.
