SUMMARY CONCLUSION

The Bible appears to associating Great Noise with Babylon. It is the voice of war as the church falls in tribulation with false gospels. God brings judgment on Babylon by giving her up to her own devices destroying herself in judgment. The redeemed believers, however, make a joyful or loud noise to God (revelation of Christ) as they come out of Babylon.
