SUMMARY CONCLUSION

The Bible appears to be defining higher powers with God Himself. He is above all principalities and powers that is given to antichrist who ruled in tribulation. Power in the form of a sword (the Bible in the mouth of false prophets) is given to the wicked in the church to excute judgment on those who came against the body of Christ.
