Increasing Knowledge

Increasing Knowledge: Judgment on the Church as well as the revelation of Christ?

INCREASING KNOWLEDGE: UNGODLY KNOWLEDGE UNTO JUDGMENT?

Da 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

Ec 1:18 For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.

2Ti 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

1Co 13:8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

Ge 2:9 And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

Jer 8:9 The wise men are ashamed, they are dismayed and taken: lo, they have rejected the word of the LORD; and what wisdom is in them?

Ez 28:5 By thy great wisdom and by thy traffick hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches:

Pr 3:7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

Pr 23:4 Labour not to be rich: cease from thine own wisdom.

Pr 21:6 The getting of treasures by a lying tongue is a vanity tossed to and fro of them that seek death.

Re 9:6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.

Ec 5:14 But those riches perish by evil travail: and he begetteth a son, and there is nothing in his hand.

Lu 12:21 So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.

Job 15:2 Should a wise man utter vain knowledge, and fill his belly with the east wind?

Job 21:14 Therefore they say unto God, Depart from us; for we desire not the knowledge of thy ways.

Pr 1:29 For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD:

1Co 8:11 And through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died?

Da 11:30 For the ships of Chittim shall come against him: therefore he shall be grieved, and return, and have indignation against the holy covenant: so shall he do; he shall even return, and have intelligence with them that forsake the holy covenant.

Re 3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

Lu 11:52 Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge (Christ?): ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.

INCREASING KNOWLEDGE: GODLY KNOWLEDGE UNTO SALVATION?

Da 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

Da 11:33 And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days.

Mt 10:19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.

Hab 2:14 For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

Isa 11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

Isa 29:18 And in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness.

Pr 1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Pr 2:6 For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.

Pr 15:2 The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness.

Pr 24:5 A wise man is strong; yea, a man of knowledge increaseth strength.

Col 1:10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

2Ch 1:12 Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee (Solomon – Christ?); and I will give thee riches, and wealth, and honour, such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee, neither shall there any after thee have the like.

Ec 2:26 For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit.

Isa 53:11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.

SUMMARY CONCLUSION

Knowledge appears to relate Christ Himself. The wicked increase in knowledge in tribulation as they embrace a false Christ, false wisdom and riches, not being rich towards God. At the separation, however, knowledge increases to the elect as God unseals the Bible to them allowing them to come out of Babylon.
