SUMMARY CONCLUSION:

Presumptuous Words appear to be that which is spoken by the church in the Day of Judgment. It begins with God forsaking it in tribulation and destroying it in judgment. Presumptuous is equivalent to the church being lifted up with pride. But once God delivers His people from Babylon, they NO longer speak proudly or presumptuously.
