Judging Another

Does the Church judge through the gospel message it shares? Let's examine.

JUDGING ANOTHER: SPEAKING EVIL IN TRIBULATION?

Mt 7:1 Judge <2919> not, that ye be not judged.

Lu 6:37 Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:

Ps 37:32 The wicked watcheth the righteous, and seeketh to slay him.

Ps 37:33 The LORD will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.

1Co 11:32 But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.

Jas 4:11 Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.

Jas 4:12 There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?

Ro 2:1 Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest (point to false gospels?) doest the same things (follow a false gospel?). (unpardonable sin of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit?)

Col 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

Ro 14:10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.

Ro 14:13 Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock <4348> or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.

1Co 8:9 But take heed lest by any means this liberty of yours become a stumblingblock <4348> to them that are weak.

1Pe 2:7 Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,

1Pe 2:8 And a stone of stumbling <4348>, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.

Mt 5:22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

Ac 23:3 Then said Paul unto him, God shall smite thee, thou whited wall: for sittest thou to judge me after the law, and commandest me to be smitten contrary to the law?

Ac 15:24 Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment:

RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT: REVELATION OF CHRIST TO JUDGE THOSE WHO JUDGED?

1Co 6:2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?

Ro 14:3 Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.

1Co 4:3 But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man’s judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.

1Co 4:4 For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.

1Co 4:5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, (command not to kill?) until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

Ro 2:2 But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.

Ro 2:3 And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?

SUMMARY CONCLUSION

Judging Another seems to point to the time when the church put a stumbling block before the elect in tribulation. It judged the Elect by speaking evil of the law. They compelled the believers to keep the law when they themselves fall short of it? Because the church judged, God brings eternal judgment to it at the revelation of Christ.
