Solomon's Glory

Was the Glory of Solomon pointing to the unrighteous riches of the apostate church in tribulation?

ONE OF THESE: ELECT?

Mt 6:26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are YE not much better than they?

Mat 6:28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:

Mt 6:29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon (peaceful) in all his glory was not arrayed like one <1520> of these <5130>.

Mt 10:42 And whosoever shall give to drink unto one <1520> of these <5130> little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

Mt 18:6 But whoso shall offend one <1520> of these <5130> little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

Mt 18:10 Take heed that ye despise not one <1520> of these <5130> little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

Mt 18:14 Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one <1520> of these <5130> little ones should perish.

Mt 25:40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one <1520> of the least of these <5130> my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

Mt 25:45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one <1520> of the least of these <5130>, ye did it not to me.

Lu 12:27 Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one <1520> of these <5130>.

Lu 17:2 It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one <1520> of these <5130> little ones.

Ac 1:24 And they prayed, and said, Thou, Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men, shew whether <1520> of these <5130> two thou hast chosen,

Mat 6:30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?

Mt 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

Mal 4:1 For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

Ho 7:7 They are all hot as an oven, and have devoured their judges; all their kings are fallen: there is none among them that calleth unto me.

Mat 6:31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

Mat 6:32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

SOLOMON: TYPE OF THE CHURCH?

Neh_13:26 Did not Solomon king of Israel sin by these things? yet among many nations was there no king like him, who was beloved of his God, and God made him king over all Israel: nevertheless even him did outlandish <05237> women <0802> cause to sin.

1Ki 11:1 But king Solomon loved many strange <05237> women <0802>, together with the daughter of Pharaoh, women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Zidonians, and Hittites;

Ezr 10:17 And they made an end with all the men that had taken strange <05237> wives <0802> by the first day of the first month.

Ne 13:27 Shall we then hearken unto you to do all this great evil, to transgress against our God in marrying strange <05237> wives <0802>?

Pr 6:24 To keep thee from the evil woman <0802>, from the flattery of the tongue of a strange woman <05237>.

1Ki 11:3 And he had seven hundred wives, princesses, and three hundred concubines: and his wives turned away his heart.

1Ki 11:4 For it came to pass, when Solomon was old, that his wives turned away his heart after other gods: and his heart was not perfect with the LORD his God, as was the heart of David his father.

1Ki 11:5 For Solomon went after Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, and after Milcom the abomination of the Ammonites.

1Ki 11:6 And Solomon did evil in the sight of the LORD, and went not fully after the LORD, as did David his father.

Mt 10:29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.

Mt 10:30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

Mt 10:31 Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.

LEVIATHAN: TYPE OF THE FALLEN CHURCH THAT GOD REDEEMS?

Ps 104:26 There go the ships: there is that leviathan <03882>, (sea monster, dragon) whom thou hast made to play therein.

Ps 74:14 Thou brakest the heads of leviathan <03882> in pieces, and gavest him to be meat to the people inhabiting the wilderness.

Isa 27:1 In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan <03882> the piercing serpent, even leviathan <03882> that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.

Ps 104:27 These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season.

Ps 104:28 That thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good.

Ps 104:29 Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.

Ps 104:30 Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.

CONCLUSION:

Solomon, just as Leviathan seem to be pointing to the unsaved church. God cared for the body as a whole as he fed and clothed it prior to the Day of judgment. However because of the falling away, God took away those blessings, but in doing so, He made provision for the redemption of the elect bringing them out from the unclean body.
