Could Desire be a reference to Christ? A look into Genesis 4:7


Ge 4:7 If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee {} his DESIRE, and thou shalt rule over him.

Pr 11:23 The DESIRE of the righteous is only GOOD: but the expectation of the wicked is wrath.

Mr 10:18 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none GOOD but one, that is, GOD.

Pr 13:12 Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but {} the DESIRE cometh, {} a tree of life.

Isa 3:4 And I will give CHILDREN to be their princes, and BABES shall rule over them.


The Bible appears to be revealing the language of Genesis 4:7 as a type of The Church ruling over The Body of Christ in tribulation. SIN being at the DOOR, would then refer to antichrists taking the NAME of GOD and having Dominion on the Body. However, at the revelation of Christ, the Elect come out from the rule of antichrist as God separates them from the tares.
