A command to leave the local church OR the separation of wheat and tares at the revelation of Christ?

COME OUT OF HER: A COMMAND TO BE SEPARATE FROM BABYLON (CONFUSION)?

Re 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come <1831> out of <1537> her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

DEPART OUT OF BABYLON: SEPARATION OF WHEAT AND TARES?

Ge 19:12 And the men said unto Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place:

Nu 16:26 And he spake unto the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins.

Ps 68:31 Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall soon stretch out her hands unto God.

PUT YOU OUT OF THE SYNAGOGUES: LOCAL CHURCHES OR THE NAME OF CHRIST?

Joh 16:2 They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.

Joh 9:22 These words spake his parents, because they feared the Jews: for the Jews had agreed already, that if any man did confess that he was Christ, he should be put out of the synagogue.

Joh 12:42 Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue:

Mt 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Mt 24:9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.

SUMMARY CONCLUSION

The Bible seems to be equating coming out of Babylon to God separating the wheat from the tares. Could the command be to come out from the teachings of men altogether as opposed to just leaving the institution and church building?
