SUMMARY CONCLUSION:

The Bible appears to be associating seventy years to the great tribulation (7=judgment, 10=complete judgment). Time when Tyre, Babylon (figures of the church) is forsaken of God. At the end of the seventy symbolical years, however, God visits Tyre and separates wheat from tares. The wheat are gathered out of Babylon (salvation) while the tares continue to commit fornication (judgment).
