Could the Burning Bush that is not consumed point to God redeeming the Elect from the unsaved Church?

FLAME OF FIRE: JUDGMENT OF GOD?
Ac 7:30 And when forty years were expired, there appeared to him in the wilderness of mount Sina an angel of the Lord in a flame <5395> of fire <4442> in a bush.
2Th 1:8 In flaming <5395> fire <4442> taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

Jer 8:13 I will surely consume them, saith the LORD: there shall be no grapes on the vine, nor figs on the fig tree, and the leaf shall fade; and the things that I have given them shall pass away from them.
The burning bush that is not consumed appears to point to God’s salvation to the elect where they are not consumed by the fire of His wrath. Christ dwells in the midst of the church (bush). The unsaved in the church, however, remain under judgment and the fire does consume them on the Day of the Lord.
