SUMMARY CONCLUSION:

The Bible appears to equating burning of weapons to, first of all, the judgment that comes on Babylon at the revelation of Christ. Same period of time when Gog (Babylon) is buried in the valley of hammongog (multitude of Gog). So we see again the picture of church suicide. At the same, there appears to be a tie into the redeemption of the Elect. God’s burning judgment in tribulation caused them to put down their weapons as they come out of Babylon.
