Spiritual Body

Is a Spiritual Body referring to the collective salvation state of the Elect at the revelation of Christ?

PARABLE = DARK SAYING = SPIRITUAL = MYSTERIES?

Ps 78:2 I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:

Mr 4:34 But without a parable spake he not unto them: and when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples.

Mt 13:36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.

Eze 17:2 Son of man, put forth a riddle, and speak a parable unto the house of Israel;

Eze 24:3 And utter a parable unto the rebellious house, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Set on a pot, set it on, and also pour water into it:

Lu 20:19 And the chief priests and the scribes the same hour sought to lay hands on him; and they feared the people: for they perceived that he had spoken this parable against them.

Pr 1:6 To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings.

Mt 13:13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.

Isa 6:9 And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.

Mr 4:11 And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:

1Co 14:2 For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.

Eph 3:3 How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery;….

1Co 2:10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

1Jo 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

Re 11:8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

1Pe 2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

1Co 14:1 Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy.

CARNAL, BABES IN CHRIST: CHURCH AGE, PRIOR TO SEPARATION?

1Co 3:1 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.

Ro 7:14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.

Ro 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

2Co 3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

1Co 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

1Co 15:46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

1Co 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Ro 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

Ga 6:8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

1Co 13:8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail <2673>; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away <2673>.

1Co 13:9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.

1Co 13:10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away <2673>.

1Co 13:11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away <2673> childish things.

1Co 13:12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

Eph 4:13 Till we ALL COME in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

REDEMPTION: ELECT BODY RAISED A SPIRITUAL BODY?

1Co 15:42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption <5356>; it is raised in incorruption:

Ro 8:21 Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption <5356> into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

Ro 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

Ga 4:25 For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.

2Pe 2:12 But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed <5356>, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption <5356>;

2Pe 2:19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption <5356>: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.

1Co 15:44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

1Co 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

1Co 15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

Conclusion: The Bible appears to be equating a spiritual body to the resurrection of the elect out of Babylon. Time when God is now looking at New Jerusalem. A parable or proverb is synonymous to the mystery of the gospel. Parables are mainly directed at the church. Prior to the revelation of Christ, the body was known as carnal, natural or babes in Christ, where they knew and prophesied in part. This may also explain why the elect today should be concerned only with the spiritual as they put away childish things.
